Q. How much do you charge?
A. I charge per project. Every Website project is unique. After reviewing your specifications I provide a detailed project quote and time frame for it. I will work within your budget to give you the best product tailored to your needs.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. After agreeing upon the project quote my terms are: 25% down-payment to start work, 25% payment upon approval of home-page design, and balance due upon site launch to the internet.
Q. What areas do you serve?
A. The greater Chicagoland and northern Illinois area. This allows me to meet with my clients and serve them personally.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. GetSetInternet has been in business since 2008. Prior to this I designed and developed Websites as both as a freelancer and in small and large organizations. Read more about my length of experience in Website development. I have clients I have served for over 10 years.
Q. Do you have your own web servers?
A. No. I can manage your web hosting needs through my partner offering 99.9% uptime on secure servers.
Q. Do I have to host my Website through you?
A. No. I can work with your web host provider, however hosting through me can provide many benefits. These include: Cost effective hosting services, Website statistics reports, unlimited Website e-mail addresses and secure stable web hosting.
Q. What is your turn-around time?
A. That depends on the size and scope of your project. A simple brochure 5 page site can be done in just a weeks time-frame while more complex sites requiring programming will require additional time. If an expedited service is required I can usually meet your requirements, however additional fees may be assessed for a rush project.
Q. How do I keep my site updated and current?
A. I can provide site updates for you quickly, efficiently and economically. If you are knowledgeable, or have the staff available, I can convert your site to a template and you can make your own changes to content. I can also turn the entire site over to you for you to manage.
Q. How will my site rank or appear in search engines?
A. I code your Website for search engines to ensure it meets search engine guidelines. I am not a SEO specialist. I am very knowledgeable in coding content and key-words for search engines. I can also assist you in promoting your website on the internet to get you more incoming links to increase traffic on your website and improve your search engine rankings. I can also manually submit your website to search engines.
Q. How will I know who is visiting my site?
A. I can provide you with Website statistic reports so you can see how many unique visitors are viewing your site, what pages they are viewing, and what search engines they are coming from. This valuable information allows you to see how your site is performing and whether it is accomplishing your goals.
Q. Can you design a logo for me?
A. If you require a business logo I partner with excellent graphic artists to help my clients establish a business identity at cost-effective rates.

After meeting and discussing your needs with you I develop a site plan that encompasses your objectives. A custom site lay-out is created to ensure the best presentation of your business while ensuring the optimal user experience. A plan is developed that will be best and I work with you every step of the way.
